A Comparative Study of the Clinical Efficacy of Alteplase and Urokinase on Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of alteplase and urokinase for acute myocardial infarction.Methods 156 cases of acute myocardial infarction were collected.then randomly divided into the control group(78 cases) and observation group(78 cases);the control group was given small dose of alteplase,while the observation group was given urokinase.The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The total efficacy was higher in the observation group than the control group(96.15% vs 84.62%) with statistical significance(P 0.05);the complication rate before discharge was higher in the control group than the observation group(P 0.05);the clinical symptoms improvement rate and coronary artery reconstruction rate in the observation group was higher than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Alteplase can obtain satisfactory curative effect for acute myocardial infarction,featured with high coronary artery reconstruction rate and clinical symptoms improvement rate andt less adverse reactions,thus is worthy of further clinical application.
