The invention discloses a coupling device of a sequencing-batch adsorption aerating filter and an underground soil infiltration device and application of the coupling device in sewage treatment. The device comprises a concentration tank, a WAR reactor, a heat exchanger, a PACT tank, an ammonia nitrogen aeration biological adsorption filter, a sewage backflow tank, a sewage denitrifying tank, a deep phosphorus adsorption filter and the underground soil infiltration device, wherein the concentration tank is connected with the WAR reactor which is connected with the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is connected with the PACT tank which is connected with the concentration tank and the ammonia nitrogen aeration biological adsorption filter, the ammonia nitrogen aeration biological adsorption filter is connected with the sewage backflow tank, the sewage denitrifying tank and the deep phosphorus adsorption filter, and the deep phosphorus adsorption filter is connected with the underground soil infiltration device. The coupling device can remove contaminants in sewage, the energy consumption and cost in the treatment process can be greatly reduced, and the resource regeneration process can be better completed.
