HIGH-FREQUENCY MASS SPECTROMETER
1961
A high-frequency mass spectrometer which operates without a magnetic field is described. It fulfills the requirements of high resolutions and perturbation-free recording of the spectra in the pressure range from 10/sup -9/ to 10/sup -3/ torr. The construction, operation, and properties are shown graphically. (J.S.R.)
