Bacillus megatherium immobilization product and its preparation and use

The present invention is immobilized megabacillus product and its preparation process and application. The material includes carrier of polymer and inorganic material, bacterial liquid as culture liquid for megabacillus, cross-linking agent of salt of bivalent metal except magnesium, boride and their mixture. The preparation process includes compounding mixed liquid of carrier and bacteria thallus, and sucking cross-linking agent solution with syringe and dropping while stirring to form graphical grains. The immobilized megabacillus product is applied into water and soil to degrade residual monosultap and eliminate corresponding pollution. The present invention has the advantages of carrier environment benefiting to biological cell amplification to reach relatively high thallus density, no loss of thallus, high reaction efficiency, and high degradation speed.
