The invention provides an electromagnetic ultrasonic automatic detection crawler for an exposed pipeline. The electromagnetic ultrasonic automatic detection crawler comprises driving wheel ring supports, driving wheel assemblies, a controller assembly, auxiliary wheel assemblies, sliding supporting seat, universal connecting assemblies, auxiliary wheel ring supports and probe assemblies. According to the electromagnetic ultrasonic automatic detection crawler, external rotor motors in driving wheels are controlled through the controller assembly, and auxiliary wheels are dragged through the universal connecting assemblies; the crawler is adsorbed by virtue of the magnetic force between permanent magnets and the pipe wall; automatic pipeline defect detection is realized through stimulating/receiving modules in the controller assembly by utilizing two circumferentially distributed electromagnetic ultrasonic probes. The electromagnetic ultrasonic automatic detection crawler can be used for carrying out online automatic ultrasonic non-destructive detection on pressure transmission pipelines in industries of electricity, petrochemical, water supply and the like, is suitable for the exposed pipelines distributed in different manners such as a horizontal manner, a vertical manner, an oblique manner and the like, can be adapted to crossing curves and has a detection pipe diameter capable of varying in a certain range and the advantages of high automation degree, strong suitability, high detection efficiency and the like.
