The invention relates to a manned robot mechanism for rescue, and the mechanism comprises a seat support mechanism, a leg power mechanism, a front leg mechanism, a rear leg mechanism and a walking mechanism; all the mechanisms are mutually connected to form a whole manned robot mechanism; the seat support mechanism comprises a seat surface, a backrest plate, a leg baffle, a tooth-shaped belt pulley and a tooth-shaped belt; the leg power mechanism is deployed below the seat support mechanism; one end of a front support leg is fixedly connected with the front leg swinging shaft of the leg power mechanism; one end of a rear support leg of the rear leg mechanism is fixedly connected with the rear leg swinging shaft of the leg power mechanism, and the other end of the rear support leg is provided with front and rear wheels; the walking motor of the walking mechanism is fixedly connected with the rear support leg of the rear leg mechanism. According to the manned robot mechanism for rescue, a transport for transporting patients in various environments during a rescue process is provided, so that the labor intensity of the rescuers is reduced, the space adaptability is strong, the rescue efficiency can be greatly improved, and the pain of the patients is reduced.
