Report of 2 Cases of Sarcoidosis with Superficial Lymphadenectasis

Sarcoidosis is rarity in clinically.It is basis of pathology and physiology with imbibition of non caseous granuloma gangraenescens.Final diagnosis depends on pathologic examination of living tissue with lung and lymphaden.Clinical data of 2 cases with sarcoidosis were retrospectively analyzed.Discussed clinical feature and highlight of defferential diagnosis with sarcoidosis importantly in order to improve level of diagnosis and therapy with sarcoidosis.
