CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION FOR THE NINE-SHOT TEXTOR PELLET INJECTOR SYSTEM

At the Julich tokamak experiment TEXTOR, a nine-shot pellet injection system is in preparation, replacing a single pellet system to cover a wider time range. The system is based on the pneumatic pellet gun type developed at C.E.A. Grenoble. The control and data acquisition system for the nine-pellet injection system and its integration into the TEXTOR control and data handling systems is described.
