The present invention relates to a method for cropping contents which a user can neatly crop contents in an original state by using a drawing function, to an apparatus for cropping contents, and to a recording medium thereof. The method for cropping contents according to the present invention comprises: a process of recognizing a touch trajectory on a screen in accordance with a moving touch point; and a process of selecting and storing at least one piece of content located on the touch trajectory.
