Animal Health's procurement of professional veterinary services

ON May 12, Animal Health announced its intention to change the way it procures the services of veterinary surgeons acting as Official Veterinarians (OVs). The current Memorandum of Understanding between Animal Health and the BVA, with fees negotiated between the two bodies for OV work, will be
