PURPOSE: A light emitting source, a manufacturing method thereof, and a lighting source device thereof are provided to improve the durability of a lighting unit by preventing the acceleration of oxidation reaction and the oxidation of nano particles. CONSTITUTION: A lighting unit comprises a light emitting device(120) and a light conversion layer(130). The light emitting device generates light. The light conversion layer is arranged in the upper part of the lighting element and comprises an additive(134) which has faster oxidation speed than the oxidation rate of a nano particle. The light conversion layer comprises an encapsulant resin which fixes the nano particle and the additive on a base substrate in which the lighting element is mounted.
