Combined Tourism Resources Exploitation within Gansu,Qinghai,Sitsang

The paper analyzes the practicality and nessasity of combined tourism exploitation within Gansu, Qinghai and Sitsang through analyzing the physical,social and historical background of tourism resources forming at the moment that Qing_Zang railway soon be completed. Also the author analyzes the spatial and classificatory structure of tourism resources in Gansu, Qinghai and Sitsang, and furtherly, the author point out tentative plan of "pole_axis" exploitation. Based on this, the author point out the concrete stratagical measures and steps.
