The value of 64-slice CT coronary artery angiography in diagnosing coronary artery anomalies

Objective To evaluate 64-slice CT coronary artery angiography in diagnosing coronary artery anomalies.Methods 1125 patients'data of 64-slice CT coronary artery angiography were analyzed retrospectively.Results Twenty-seven cases of coronary artery anomalies were identified,including separate origin of the left anterior descending and circumflex from the left sinus of valsalva (n=8),absent circumflex(n=2),anomalous coroonary artery origin from pulmary(n=1);single coronary artery(n=1),coronary fistula(n=4),Conclusions 64-slice CT coronary artery angiography can diagnose coronary artery anomalies reliably.
