To study effectiveness and safety of intravenous administration of Niferidilfor the sinus rhythm recovery, 100 patients (64 men and 36 women) aged 58±12 years with persistent atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter and the duration of current arrhythmic episode of 4.2±3.9 months were examined.
