The invention discloses a cactus wine and method for preparation, wherein the wine comprises 5-60 parts by volume of edible cactus extract, wine base 10-80 parts, the preparation process comprises, extracting the cactus, mixing the prepared edible cactus juice with wine base according to required proportion, which can also be added by one or two of mixture of cactus fruit, flower, Ficus carica, mushroom, wine brewed from grain and pumpkin extract, then storing the mixture in container for at least two months.
