Main shaft rotation error measurement aligning device based on sensor self-sensing

2011
The invention relates to a main shaft rotation error measurement aligning device based on sensor self-sensing. The main shaft rotation error measurement aligning device comprises a sensor automatic centering module, wherein a coaxial regulating module is tightly connected onto the outer surface of the sensor automatic centering module, one end of the sensor automatic centering module is uniformlyprovided with three sensor displacement regulating modules, each sensor displacement regulating module is a symmetric parallel four-rod mechanism based on soft hinges, a middle round hole between twoparallel four-rod mechanisms is the sensor installation position, the upper side and the lower side of the middle round hole are box excavating regions, one side is provided with piezoelectric ceramic, and the other side is provided with a reset spring. Firstly, the voltage readings of three sensors are regulated to be identical through the fine adjustment of the coaxial regulating module in the horizontal and vertical directions, the equidistant measurement is realized, a measuring device is ensured to be coaxial with a main shaft to be tested, and the shortest distance from a sensor probe along the measuring axial lines to the main shaft surface is found, so the axial lines of the sensors are intersected on one point. The main shaft rotation error measurement aligning device has the characteristics that the structure is simple, the positioning is accurate, and the repeatability is good.
