Transformações Lineares para Correção de Surtos Bidimensionais

In this paper, a new scheme for correcting two-dimensional bursts is introduced. The technique is based on the use of a family of linear transformations that implement a two-dimensional interleaving to transform the error patches into correctable random error patterns.
