Delayed encephalopathy of acute carbon monoxide poisoning,23 cases

Objective Acute delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning of the clinical features and prognostic factors.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of acute delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning clinical data.Results 60 cases were cured in 30 cases(50.0%) ,17 cases(28.3%);10 cases(16.7%) ,were completely aphasia significantly increased muscle tone associated with extrapyramidal changes,etc) ,3 patients died(5%) .The total effective rate(cure+markedly) to 78.3%.Conclusions The prognosis of this disease with age,duration of coma,leave more,the number of acute hyperbaric oxygen therapy on.Acute carbon monoxide poisoning,hyperbaric oxygen therapy after the earlier the treatment the longer the better the prognosis.
