Low surface treatment type solventless coating, preparation method and applications thereof

2012
The invention discloses a low surface treatment type solventless coating, a preparation method and applications thereof. The low surface treatment type solventless coating is characterized in that raw materials of the coating include a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, dimer acid bis-diglycidyl ester, a reactive diluent, pigments, fillers, a curing agent, a rheological additive and other additives. The preparation method includes uniformly mixing the bisphenol A type epoxy resin, the dimer acid bis-diglycidyl ester and a part of the reactive diluent, adding other additives to be mixed uniformly, adding the fillers, the pigments and the rheological additive to be mixed uniformly, adding a non-toxic physical rust resisting pigment, uniformly mixing to obtain a first component, and mixing the curing agent with the residual reactive diluent to obtain a second component. During usage, the first component and the second component are uniformly mixed to obtain a mixture, and the mixture is sprayed on materials required to be coated in an airless spraying mode within 2 hours. The low surface treatment type solventless coating has the advantages of being good in tenacity, rapid in curing, environment-friendly, and capable of being coated on a wet surface and even a rusted surface.
