Data Fusion Techniques for Remotely Sensed Images

Abstract In this paper a new technique for multisensor data fusion for photointerpretation purposes is presented. The existing techniques are briefly reviewed, some experiments on merging of optical-infrared data with radar data are performed and the results so far obtained are compared and discussed.
