Wherein the verification device, the gas chamber isolation device, the gas regulating means is connected to a gas source via line; wherein the gas chamber isolation device to be tested at the same assay Motor valves constitute two isolated air chamber, wherein the valve is independent of the motor to be tested air chamber as a standard of comparison, the valve motor o the reception subject to be detected is a gas plenum chamber, the two detecting probe calibration device connected to the two air chambers, respectively, to be subject to verification by the differential pressure detecting the motor two air chambers valve leaks. Meanwhile, the present invention provides a method of assay motor valve leakage test apparatus utilizing the above-described apparatus. As a result of disconnection measurement technique, the assay process is in a static condition, thus avoiding environmental, air, influence the flow system, to improve accuracy, while, compared to the conventional test apparatus and method of the present assay method significantly leak valve motor reducing time monitoring, reducing the long operating labor intensity.
