Detection MG of Artificial Infection and Clinical Samples by Polymerase Chain Reaction

SPF chickens were infected with MG by inoculation of trachea. The samples of trachea swab, trachea, lung,liver,spleen, chest muscle and leg muscle in SPF chickens were collected from 2 and 20 days postinoculation. The clinical samples were also collected. MG and MS in all sample were detected by PCR. Results showed that MG positive rate in the trachea swab of artificial samples is more than that in other tissues. The MG positive rate detected by PCR in clinical samples is 10.28%, the MG positive rate detected by culture method is 2.8%.
