The invention discloses a Ti-Mn-Nb ternary alloy with a low Young's modulus and relates to alloy materials. According to the Ti-Mn-Nb ternary alloy with the low Young's modulus, the lower Young's modulus is provided, meanwhile, good tensile strength and elongation are achieved, and a harmful element to a human body is not contained. The Ti-Mn-Nb ternary alloy with the low Young's modulus comprises the following components of, by atomic percentage, 4%-12% of Mn, 2%-18% of Nb and the balance Ti. The Ti-Mn-Nb ternary alloy with the low Young's modulus is prepared by the following technical processes of compounding, electric arc melting under the protection of Ar gas, sample cutting forming and heat treating.
