Design of data acquisition and monitoring system for welding machine

Welding technology is developing in the direction of automation, informationnization and intelligence, and welding equipment is also changing from ordinary welding machines to digital welding machines. Data collection and monitoring of welding machines can not only improve the efficiency of welding production, but also combine welding technology, information technology and management concepts to further improve the level of mechanization and automation of welding production. In this research, the remote data collection and monitoring of welding machines can realize the information management of welding production, thereby improving welding production efficiency. This article combines welding technology, information technology and management concepts, establishes an Internet of Things model of digital welding machine, collects and monitors real-time data of welding machine, and alarms abnormal faults and exceeding specifications of welding machine. Realize the centralized management of welding equipment, and provide effective solutions for the information-based welding management system.
