This study may not give the exact number of prevalence of Aplastic Anaemia because there is a lack of epidemiological study in India. However this study will be useful for physician to diagnose and treat the patients with preventive measures because Aplastic anemia is life threatening blood disorder disease and challenge to clinician because etiology of Aplastic anemia is weather due to hematoma poetics stem cell or micro environment at factor is not yet clear.
