MR Manifestations of Cirrhosis in Hepatolenticular Degeneration

Objective:To explore the MR manifestations of cirrhosis in hepatolenticular degeneration to early diagnosis of it.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the MR fnddings of 20 Indeed dagnosed cirrhosis in hepatolenticular degeneration.Results:8 cases of patients showed liver and spleen enlargement;3 cases showed multiple regenerative nodules in the liver,shrinking liver volume,liver crack widened;6 cases of patients showed multiple regenerative nodules in liver volume atrophy,liver crack widened,and the portal vein was widened,the spleen enlargement;3 cases of patients showed multiple regenerative nodules,portal hypertension with lower esophageal and gastric coronary varices.Conclusion:There is a certain characteristic of MR appearance of cirrhosis in hepatolenticular degeneration and it is the early diagnosis of extrapytamidal symptoms in the nervous system,liver degeneration of important evidence.
