Primäre Angiitis des Zentralnervensystems: Gibt es einen benignen Subtyp? : Fallbericht ()

A female patient with sudden onset of headache, mild decreased cognition without focal neurologic deficit is reported. MRI showed multiple bilateral supratentorial infarcts; cerebral angiography demonstrated segmental narrowing of cerebral vessels. The complete clinical remission under treatment with corticosteroids, angiographically and MRI confirmed, sustained the diagnosis of a benign subset of the primary angiitis of central nervous system.
