RARE EARTH NICOTINATES

Preparation and crystallography of rare earth complexes with nicotinic acid LnNicot/sub 3/ (where Ln is La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb, Lu, and Y and nicot is C/sub 5/N/sub 4/NCOO) are described and water solubility of prepared complexes was determined as 20 deg C. (R.V.J.)
