The application of rivanol for serum transferrin and immunoglobulin G determination

Abstract A new and very simple method for the quantitative determination of serum IgG and transferrin has been described. The method is based on the serum protein precipitation properties of rivanol lactate. The accuracy and reproducibility of the described method appears to be satisfactory for routine purposes.
