Device used for interference fit connecting part in disassembling shaft

2013
The utility model relates to a device used for an interference fit connecting part in a disassembling shaft. The device comprises a bayonet assembly, a jack, top plates and tension arms, wherein the bayonet assembly is composed of a pair of symmetrical traction dies with arc-shaped bayonets, when the traction dies are correspondingly matched with each other, corresponding die traction columns are arranged on the two sides of the traction dies along the extension lines of the combination faces, and the traction columns of the bayonet assembly are formed by the overlapped faces when the die traction columns make contact with each other. Traction columns are also arranged on the two sides of each top plate, traction positioning holes are formed in the two ends of each tension arm, and the traction positioning holes are connected with the traction columns of the top plates and the traction columns of the bayonet assembly in a butt joint mode respectively. After the arc-shaped bayonets in the traction dies are connected in a butt joint mode, a circular hole is formed in the center of the bayonet assembly, and the hole diameter of the circular hole is larger than the diameter of the shaft. When the device is applied, the bayonet assembly abuts against an end wall of the inference fit connecting part on the shaft, the top plates are located at the other end of the inference fit connecting part on the shaft, the traction columns on the bayonet assembly are connected with the traction columns on the top plates through the tension arms, and the jack is located between the shaft end and the top plates.
