Beeinflußt Nifedipin die Sekretion von Atrialem Natriuretischem Peptid (ANP) während Wasserimmersion

1989
It is well known that calcium channel blockers affect renal hemodynamics and renal excretory function. On the other hand, it has been proposed that secretion of ANP may involve calcium (Ca)-dependent mechanisms. We investigated the effect of nifedipine (N) on renal function and ANP secretion during 2 hr head-out water immersion in six healthy volunteers (24 ± 2 yrs). The protocol was repeated with HWI alone and after N without HWI.
