The invention discloses an aligning mark and aligning method for screen printing, relating to the field of screen printing, which can be used for improving the alignment precision and improving the printing yield. The aligning mark for the screen printing comprises at least one group of aligning signs; each aligning sign comprises a printed circuit board aligning mark arranged on the side of a printed circuit board and a screen printing aligning mark which is arranged on a screen printing plate and is opposite to the printed circuit board aligning mark.
