人肝细胞毛细胆管表达IL-2R(下标 α)的初步研究

Objective To observe whether cholangiole of human hepatocyte can be marked with IL-2R(subscript α) or not. Methods Hepatic tissues from patients with chronic active hepatitis B, primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) or drug-induced hepatitis were marked with IL-2R, the expressions of IL-2R(subscript α) on cholangiole of human hepatocyte were observed by immunohistochemisty, immunofluorescence and immunonlicroscope. Results Cholangiole of human hepatocyte can be accurately marked with IL-2R(subscript α) through immunohistochemisty and immunofluorescence hut the other membrane, cytoplasm and nucleus of human hepatocyte can not be marked with IL-2R(subscript α). There was clear high electron density on the cholangiole of human hepatocyte by immunomicroscope. Conclusion Cholangiole of human hepatocyte does express marker IL-2R(subscript α). which can be used as a new marker for cholangiole of human hepatocyte. IL-2R(subscript α), staining showed better sensitivity and specificity.
