Of particular interest is l~he ordered phase Y4Zr30,2 , whose structure was initially solved by Scott [1] and elaborated by Ray et al. [2]. The structure is "pseudocubic" and is produced by ordering the oxygen vacancies along directions and the anions along directions but without long-range correlation. Ruh et al. [5] recorded the X-ray diffraction (XRD) in air at both room temperature and high temperature in the system ZrO 2Y203 with different ratios of Y203 content. The results of X R D showed that
