Evaluation System and Evaluation Model of National Defense Industry's Radiate Ability towards Regional Economy

Modern national defense industry has strong radiate ability towards regional economic development.This paper holds that the radiate process functions through capital transfer,technology spillover,industrial relationship,and labor mobility.On the basis of radiate mechanism,an index system for evaluating the radiate ability is constructed from two main aspects of driving ability and diffusion effect,and a radiate ability evaluation model is established using Fuzzy-AHP,thus a quantitative evaluation process of radiate ability of national defense industry towards regional economy is proposed.
