In terms of representation [1] of a decomposing binary liquid mixture as a system of two coupled self-oscillators with partial frequencies ν A and ν B , the following conjecture is verified: given frequency ratios ν A /ν B and ν A /ν C for decomposing liquid mixtures A-B and A-C at the same temperature, it is possible to determine the ν B /ν C ratio, which is independent of the choice of the A component.
