The invention provides a touch control projection system and a touch control projection method. The touch control projection system comprises a cloth curtain, a plurality of touch control electrodes, a touch control chip, an electronic operation unit and a projection unit. The cloth curtain is suitable for displaying a first image, the touch control electrodes are configured on the cloth curtain, the touch control electrodes are used for sensing a touch control signal, the touch control chip is electrically connected to the touch control electrodes to convert the touch control signal into a coordinate signal, the electronic operation unit is electrically connected to the touch control chip and is used for receiving the coordinate signal, an event corresponding to the first image can be executed and a second image can be generated; the projection unit is electrically connected to the electronic operation unit, and therefore the first image and the second image can be output to the cloth curtain; the invention also provides a touch control projection method.
