Power battery pack management system for hybrid electric vehicle

2009
The utility model provides a power battery pack management system for a hybrid electric vehicle. The management system can control the power on/off and charge/discharge of a battery pack, comprehensively monitor and manage the current, voltage, temperature, SOC and insulating property, and transmit the data to a power assembly control system. A control module of the utility model comprises a MCU module, a power supply module, a relay control module, a current sensor module, a voltage acquisition module, a temperature sensor module, an insulating detection module, a HANDSHAKE module, a CAN transceiving module and an RS232 transceiving module. The power battery pack management system can improve the acquisition precision and acquisition reliability of the voltage, current and temperature, and ensure the stability of transmitting and receiving the data and the safety of using the battery pack under the complex actual working conditions of the whole vehicle.
