Pulmonary artery aneurysm associated with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia

1994
Abstract A patient with typical features of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia was found to have massive dilatation and tortuosity of the main, right and left pulmonary artery with pulmonary hypertension. Pulmonary artery aneurysm with pulmonary hypertension has not been previously noted in patients with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia. We report a 64-year-old woman showing this feature.
