Функциональная активность рибосомальных генов при клинических проявлениях хронического обструктивного бронхита непрофессионального генеза

The article presents the results of a study of the functional activity of ribosomal genes (FARG) in patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis unprofessional genesis. For analysis, we chose the characteristics that best describe the clinical picture of this disease: age, body mass index, hemoglobin, erythrocytes, leukocytes, lymphocytes, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), the fixed vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), ratio of forced expiratory volume to a fixed lung capacity, vital capacity lung volume forced expiratory flow 25% of FVC, 50% of FVC and 75% of FVC. Depending on the general level of FARG for the entire sample of individuals with pathology was divided into subgroups with low(I), medium(II) and highcopy (III). Then a comparative analysis between these subgroups, which showed the presence of statistical differences in the content of red blood cells between lowand mediumcopy individuals, between mediumand highcopy individuals by age and between II and III, I and III subgroups. For other quantitative traits statistical difference was found.
