An electromagnetic relay with a flexible coupling mechanism comprises a push rod, an armature and the flexible coupling mechanism arranged between the push rod and the armature. The flexible coupling mechanism comprises a lever and a buckle which are pivotally installed in a shell, and the lever and the buckle can rotate around a fixed shaft under the function of springs so as to achieve the locking/unlocking buckle connection. The flexible coupling mechanism also comprises a push plate which can be movably installed on a fixing plate, a push plate spring is in elastic connection with the lever, and the buckle is in elastic linkage connection with the push plate, so that the push plate does linear reciprocating motions under the functions of the push plate spring and the buckle. The armature is installed on the push plate through a connection structure, the armature and the push plate are interlinked, the push rod and the lever are connected to each other, a releasing output force of the push rod is provided by the spring, a buckle spring provides a pushing force Q which acts on the push plate and along the movement direction of the push plate to the buckle, and a push plate springs provides an elastic force P which acts on the push plate and along the movement direction of the push plate and which is opposite to the pushing force Q, so that the reliable adhesion between the armature and a magnet yoke or prevention of the push rod from outputting a destructive impact force are achieved.
