A nontraumatic emergent abdominal vascular condition: Acute bleeding in renal angiomyolipoma: Case report

Spontaneous bleeding of renal tumor is an uncommon condition and the most frequent cause is angiomyolipoma. We report two cases of spontaneous bleeding of angiomyolipoma, presenting with sudden pain, hypotension, and shock.
