Fully-degradable poly propylene carbonate/wood meal composite foaming material and preparation method thereof

The present invention discloses a fully degradable poly methyl ethylene carbonate / wood composite foam material, the foam composite material consists of the following components in parts by weight calculated composition: polymethyl propylene carbonate 80 - 30 ; wood flour from 20 to 70; and with respect to the raw material per 100 parts of poly-ethylene carbonate and wood flour composition, add the following parts by weight of additives: a plasticizer 2 to 40; coupling agent, 0.5 to 10; thermal stabilizer 0.5 to 10; lubricant 0.5 to 5; foaming agent 1 to 20; foam stabilizer 0-10; nucleating agent is 0.5 to 10. The preparation method comprises: a polymethyl ethylene carbonate and wood powder was added high-speed mixer for hot mix, followed by addition of plasticizers, coupling agents, lubricants and heat stabilizers, cold to cold mix compounder after 40 ℃, adding a foaming agent, foam stabilizer and a nucleating agent, uniformly mixed to give mixed material; added to the mixed material embedded in a planetary screw extruder extruded foam and then the foam mold, cooling and shaping.
