Borehole radar delineation of the UG2 reef at Modikwa Platinum Mine

The effectiveness of imaging the major platinum bearing reefs of the Bushveld Complex with borehole radar has been proven under the PlatMine Research Collaborative. In this paper the technology was applied, at Modikwa Platinum Mine, as a value adding exploration tool to assess two mining challenges on the UG2 reef.
