In1 this paper, we consider the numerical method for solving a class of semilinear singularly perturbed two point boundary value problems. First based the interpolation coefficient finite element method on the ShiShkin mesh is introduced to solve such problems. Secondly, we deduce the error estimate of the numerical method. Then the validity of the interpolation finite element method is verified by numerical example.
