Spinal epidural cavernous hemangioma: case report

AbstractPure epidural cavernous hemangiomas are quite rare. In this paper, a case of lumbar epidural cavernous hemangioma presenting as a lumbar radiculopathy is presented. The magnetic resonance imaging findings, differential diagnosis and therapy options of this rare case are discussed.
