Blast Furnace Rich Oxygen Pulverized Coal Injection Status and Measures to Increase Coal Replacement Ratio

On blast furnace rich oxygen pulverized coal injection status,this paper makes a summary and evaluation, pointing out the existing problems and puts forward suggestions for improvement.With the original fuel condition improvement,our pulverized coal injection standard is increasingly enhancing,and has further elevated space to a limited extent.To substantially improve the pulverized coal injection standard, steps must be taken:pay close attention to the quality of the original fuel,improve permeability,optimize operating system,increase temperature,and strengthen the furnace management.
