Fire-resistant optical fiber composite medium-voltage cable and manufacturing process of fire-resistant optical fiber composite medium-voltage cable

2015
The invention relates to a fire-resistant optical fiber composite medium-voltage cable, which is characterized by consisting of an outer cladding layer and an inner core, wherein the inner core is formed by twisting a cable wire core and an optical cable unit; the optical cable unit is twisted into a cable by a reinforcing element and a loose tube arranged on the periphery of the reinforcing element; the cable wire core is formed by a conductor and an insulation shielding composite layer; the insulation shielding composite layer is formed on the outer side of the conductor in an extruded wrapping way; and the outer cladding layer is formed by sequentially cladding a heat insulation layer, a fire-resistant layer, an oxygen barrier layer, an anti-impact layer and an outer sheath layer. The fire-resistant optical fiber composite medium-voltage cable simultaneously has information communication and electric power transmission functions; an optical unit is directly compounded on the edge side of a cabling core of an electric power cable by using a nonmetallic structure; the outer diameter of a product is identical to the outer diameter of an ordinary low-voltage electric power cable; under the condition of not increasing the laying cost of the cable, functions such as the upper end connection of the electric power optical fiber to the home and electric power line monitoring and early warning functions can be synchronously realized; the fault response speed is accelerated; and the line maintenance cost is reduced.
