Voice service processing method, system and device in evolution from CDMA network to LTE network

The embodiment of the invention discloses a voice service processing method, a voice service processing system and a voice service processing device in evolution from a code division multiple access (CDMA) network to a long term evolution (LTE) network. The method comprises the following steps of: receiving a first trigger message from user equipment (UE) through the LTE network and sending a second trigger message to a mobile switching center (MSC) of a CDMA single carrier radio transmission network 1x; receiving an assignment request message for assigning a resource special for the UE, which is sent by the MSC for responding the second trigger message; assigning first bearing voice information for the UE on the basis of the assignment request message and sending a bearing establishment request message which at least carries the first bearing voice information to the UE through the LTE network; receiving a bearing establishment response message which at least carries second bearing voice information from the UE through the LTE network; and sending voice stream information which comprises the first bearing voice information and the second bearing voice information to a policy and charging rules function (PCRF) and requesting the PCRF to establish a bearing special for voice for the UE in the LTE network. The LTE network can provide the data service, so the voice service and the data service can be provided in the LTE network without the assignment of an internet protocol (IP) multimedia subsystem (IMS) by adopting the scheme.
