Исследование пород Пермского края для оценки их пригодности как сырья для производства базальтового волокна

The results of X-ray fluorescence and thermal analyzes of patterns of igneous rocks from the east of Perm region are in the article. The basic criteria of raw for the production of basalt fiber: module acidity, determined by the chemical composition of the rocks, and the parameters of the melting processes were done. Considering the technology of production, raw materials used for production of mineral fibers, among their other characteristics, should be a low-melting, characterized by a rapid transition into the melt without the rest of the original crystalline phase. Based on the research of the potential suitability of the rock as a raw material for the production of basalt fiber conclusions were done. The changes of the rocks after the influence of regional metamorphism had not significant influence on the chemical composition, but for a few of samples were identified significant energy consumption for melting and volatile substances by weight.
